Every great idea begins with a conversation, we caught up with our founders Charu Kashyap and Shilpa Kashyap as they share the story behind the creation of Odyssey School in 2019 and how that vision has evolved into Ohana, our online school, designed around the needs of every child.
Driven by years of experience in education and leadership, they set out to create a calm, nurturing environment where children could feel safe, understood and able to thrive. Rather than expecting children to fit into the education system, they believed education should fit around the child.
That belief became Odyssey. Six years later, it continues to shape everything Ohana stands for.
